You may know an executive planning a technology program, a leader preparing people for change, or a client who needs help turning a new system into results. Introduce them to Merit.
When your introduction turns into a closed deal, Merit pays you a percentage of the margin. The relationship can keep creating value for you as the work grows.

Merit’s margin sharing continues in perpetuity. When we sell follow-on work to a client you introduced, we continue to pay you a percentage of the margin.
The introduction starts the relationship. Your participation continues as we sell more work to that client.

5 consultants × 40 billable hours/week × $5–$10/hour. Assumes the same average billable workload across 50 weeks.
Weekly range = active consultants × billable hours per consultant/week × $5 to $10. Monthly range = weekly range × 50 ÷ 12. Annual range = weekly range × 50. Displayed amounts are rounded to the nearest dollar.
Merit projects typically last 12+ months, and follow-on work often occurs. These estimates depend on actual billable work, including any follow-on work. Future work and earnings are not guaranteed; no billable work means no compensation in this illustration.
